Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall planning process (demand planning, supply planning, distribution planning).
  • Gather forecasts from channel and category teams for upcoming quarters.
  • Plan inventory at warehouse level based on forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory and plan purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Coordinate with packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging materials.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in supply and distribution planning.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, and have excellent time management skills. The candidate should also be proactive and take initiative when needed. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision.
