Our goal is to engage a seasoned professional with substantial experience in supply chain management and process optimization. This expert will possess extensive knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response solution, its workflows, data flows, and functional processes such as S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and managing Kinaxis Rapid Response (with at least one or two full implementation cycles or extensive support/enhancements experience)
  • In-depth technical understanding of the solution's capabilities and its applications in real-world scenarios
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to identify requirements and design optimal solutions
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior developers and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Certifications: Kinaxis Author – Level 1, Level 2/3, Solution Consultant 1

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response solution design, development, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
