We're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Professional to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain precise demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Forecast Review Meetings: Lead monthly review meetings to drive consensus across business functions and optimize forecast accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Forecast Accuracy Analysis: Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supply Planning: Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability, minimize inventory levels, and maximize operational efficiency.
  • ERP and Planning Tools: Leverage ERP systems and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans that support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, high organizational ability, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with global teams and time zones, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration.
