Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Coordinator.

  • Purchase Order Processing: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders from end-users through Salesforce and SAP.
  • Order Retrieval and Processing: They will retrieve orders from partner portals and process them into SAP.
  • Product Verification: Our ideal candidate will verify pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices, as well as ensure product availability.
  • Lead Time Coordination: In cases where supply is not available, they will coordinate with purchasing teams to determine lead times.
  • Discretionary Decision Making: Our Supply Chain Coordinator will exercise discretion to prioritize product allocations when necessary.
  • Customer Support: This role involves providing inside sales support, including interactions with customer master data, credit, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Returns and Credits: They will process customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner.
  • Customer Inquiries: The Supply Chain Coordinator will respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times.
  • Troubleshooting: They will troubleshoot customer issues and respond in a timely manner.
  • Compliance Review: Consistently reviewing backlog to ensure compliance with company booking policy, including requirements impacting revenue recognition.
  • SAP Training: Completing self-training modules in SAP as needed.
