Job Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules.

This role involves strategic planning to optimize supply chain processes by leveraging Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) tools.

Responsibilities include designing and configuring ASCP plans, collaborating with business users, and providing solutions to meet business needs.

  • Implement and configure Oracle R12 SCM modules, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Migrate, integrate, and validate data for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Successful implementation of ASCP plans.
  2. Improved supply chain efficiency.
  3. Enhanced reporting capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and Work-In-Progress (WIP).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
