Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across various channels, with a focus on modern trade and consumer electronics.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the mobile accessories market and its trends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development & Expansion: Identify and develop relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Product Placement & Sell-Out Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal product placement, marketing promotions, and sell-out management to drive strong sales performance.
- Category & Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Retailer Engagement & Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with retailers to secure favorable terms and visibility for our products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement in-store campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with at least 4 years in modern trade or consumer electronics.
- Skillset: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
