Job Role:

Customer Support Associate
  • Deliver exceptional support to international customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Verify customer eligibility and process claims submissions in adherence to US health insurance guidelines and regulations.
  • Examine EOB forms to guarantee accurate payments from insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties, including insurance companies and patients, to facilitate bill payments.
  • Review patient records, interact with physicians and assistants to maintain data accuracy, and track patient progress over multiple visits.
  • Manage complex, coded information and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires a deep understanding of US health insurance policies, procedures, and laws.
