About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Engineering division in a key location. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and promoting the company's reputation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with government officials, key customers, and industry partners to drive revenue and expansion.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share for L&T Engineering.
  • Enhance corporate image by cultivating relationships with corporate houses, bureaucrats, and government agencies.
  • Lead new business initiatives in EdTech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semi-Conductor, Data Center, and other emerging sectors.
  • Evaluate and assess business performance to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Attend conferences, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
  • Promote the company culture and values among employees and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance performance, retention, and talent attraction.
  • Provide training and development programs to build competencies for future company requirements.
