Role & responsibilities

  • Should have good knowledge in Civil mivan alluform and Structural works
  • Good Coordination with client and as well as with contractor
  • Should have experience in large capacity projects more than 300 crs worth
  • Should have strong negotiable skills with contractor
  • Good technical knowledge in Construction works
  • Should have responsible for civil work certification
  • Good Knowledge in cost management
  • Should have knowledge in plant and machinery
  • Review of drawings
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Develop and implement company- wide marketing and business development strategy aligned with growth strategy
  • Supervise marketing campaigns, media buyers, PR, digital presence and offline activities(Hoardings, Exhibitions etc)
  • Build relationship with high value clients, Government bodies, builders, Contractors, architects and vendors
  • Knowledge of construction laws, safety regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent people management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Engineering Graduation in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Previous work experience in similar type of project execution (Construction and infrastructure) is preferable.
  • Relevant work experience with 8 -15 years and above.
