Job Title: Vertical Transportation Business Lead

About the Role

The role involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Indian market for vertical transportation systems, promoting our local profile, generating sales, and building relationships with customers and regulators.

  • Familiarize with the customer, competitor, authority, and regulation VT landscape in India.
  • Develop a business development strategy to implement growth strategies and meet agreed sales targets.
  • Promote us as a leading VT authority in India.
  • Create and identify sales leads through networking, research, and effective sales channels.
  • Effective customer relationship management and understand customers' structure, needs, and constraints.
  • Scale the business through continuous extension of customer base and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and to the full satisfaction of customers.
  • P&L responsibility for our VT activities in India.
  • Preparing regular progress reports.
  • Resources planning and management.
  • Recruitment, development, and leading of further VT experts.
