Sales Call Quality Evaluator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to monitor and assess daily sales calls made by our tele-calling team. This role is pivotal in maintaining high communication standards, improving customer interactions, and providing actionable feedback to drive conversions and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily sales calls against defined quality parameters, focusing on tone and voice modulation, objection handling, product knowledge, company introduction, sales pitch effectiveness, and compliance with scripts and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed evaluation reports and scorecards for each sales call, identifying areas of improvement and success.
  • Share constructive feedback and recommendations with telecallers and team leaders, highlighting opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with training and sales managers to develop quality benchmarks and coaching initiatives, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales call auditing, telecalling, or sales training.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide objective, actionable feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call monitoring tools.
