Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our daily quality assurance operations, develop and implement robust quality management systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee QMS initiatives (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), focusing on defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement
  • Lead supplier quality & customer complaint management, driving enhanced product quality
  • Develop and mentor a strong QA/QC team, promoting quality excellence throughout the organization

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10-15 years' experience in Quality Management within EMS/electronics
  • Proven expertise in quality audits, quality reports, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
