Key Deliverables
  • Drive primary and secondary activations across the assigned market by implementing effective strategies.
  • Ensure consistent Load and Pay Utility (LAPU) movement through retail engagement and tracking, adhering to defined standards.
  • Manage and increase the base of transacting retailers by resolving issues, incentivizing performance, and converting non-transacting retailers into profitable partners.
  • Lead regular training sessions for distributors, retailers, and Field On-Sales teams to enhance performance and product knowledge, resulting in improved sales figures.
  • Expand retailer footprint by identifying and onboarding new retail partners, thereby increasing market reach.
Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor and guide Field On-Sales teams to meet targets and ensure seamless execution on the ground, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate effectively between Territory Managers of sales and service to achieve aligned goals and drive field operations forward.
  • Track and ensure timely installation with adherence to defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and service quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze performance data to identify issues and implement proactive solutions, ensuring business continuity and growth.
  • Foster strong team collaboration and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the retail network, promoting innovation and employee engagement.
