Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical customer support, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating as necessary
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large data sets and identifying trends
  • Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
