Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to our devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  • Guide customers through device activation steps, including the onboarding process and interaction with local deployment partners.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about our hotspots, including pricing and rewards systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate leads and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in ISP or networking-related customer support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
