
Exceptional Customer Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. They will be expected to maintain swift response and resolution speeds as defined by Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and ensure that customer satisfaction scores exceed 90% in most cases.
- Respond to and resolve customer support queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize existing knowledge bases to provide root cause assessments to customers.
- Provide regular progress updates to customers using available tools and platforms.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient typing skills (60-80 WPM).
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues using SOP documents.
- Support experience with methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL principles.
Desirable Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet).
- Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus.
