Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
    • Organize internal events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:
  • 14 years of experience in core HR functions, especially in employee engagement, HR Operations, and recruitment and in Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
