Position Summary: The HR Manager at Unayur Marketing Pvt Ltd will oversee all aspects of human resources management, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth and enhancing employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Mediate employee disputes and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee evaluations.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and identify training needs.
- Training and Development:
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure that employees are aware of policies and provide training as needed.
- HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
