Key Account Sales Professional

We are a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Sales Professional to join our sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong communication skills and a good command of English who are eager to start a career in sales. As a Key Account Sales Professional, you will engage with customers, support sales processes, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and building relationships to promote the company's products or services.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings to provide accurate information and effectively answer customer queries.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities, and provide regular reports to management.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), MBA, or related field.
- An excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- BASIC knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
