Job Description:

Our Guest Service Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to provide timely and efficient service. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel valued
  • Managing reservations and maintaining an organized seating plan
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently while adhering to hygiene standards
  • Handling billing and payments promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment desired
  • Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills
