Key Responsibilities
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, and targeting to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Collaborate with creative & marketing teams for ad assets and campaign strategies.
  • Deliver clear reports with actionable insights to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Explore new ad formats and platforms to maximize brand reach.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
