Customer Success Specialist

At UrbanPiper, we are a B2B SaaS platform that helps restaurants in digital transformation. Our offering enables them to manage and automate their online presence across various platforms.

We process nearly 3 million transactions every month and partner with over 12,000 restaurants across India and the Middle East. Our work is characterized by consistency, reliability, scalability, and agility.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work on complex problem statements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

  • You will develop a deep understanding of our suite of products to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • You will provide end-to-end support to customers in managing their online menus during the onboarding process and post go-live.
  • You will collaborate with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions.
  • You will work closely with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering teams to facilitate quick issue resolution.
  • You will build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers and striving to exceed expectations.

Key skills for this role include:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new situations.
Requirements
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.
