Job Opportunity

The role of Adobe Target/AEM Developer involves designing, developing, and customizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on Adobe Target integration. This position supports the creation of components, templates, workflows, and asset configurations to deliver personalized, scalable, and optimized digital experiences.

  • Develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet web and digital experience requirements.
  • Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
