Job Title: Digital Test Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital test development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the field and a strong understanding of digital circuit design and testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, procedures, and scripts for various types of digital circuits including ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and Process Monitors. They will also be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting issues related to these tests.

The test engineer should have hands-on experience with various tools and software such as LTU chip programming, Synopsys/Synplify, ProteanTec, Coremark/Dhrystone, Path Delay, and Processor Performance patterns.

The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and Implementing Test Plans: Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and scripts for various types of digital circuits.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to test development and execution.
  • Test Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date test data, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
