  • Lead a team of developers and ensure the quality of their work, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide inputs on best practices of solution design and UI/UX, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Conduct product demos and user trainings, communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Expertise in React Native Development, with experience in building high-quality mobile applications using React Native, Atomic Design principles, custom hooks, and Dependency Injection.
  • Strong proficiency with Redux-Saga, Redux Toolkit, JavaScript, and TypeScript for efficient state management.
  • Hands-on experience with Enzyme and Jest for unit and integration testing.
  • Skilled in using Git, Azure Repos, and Jira while working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with Storybook for developing and testing UI components in isolation.
  • Familiar with writing bridges for native modules on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring that our digital products perform optimally across all devices and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining development/store certificates and provisioning profiles for iOS and Android apps.
  • Skilled in integrating Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, push notifications, and managing third-party SDKs.
  • Ability to identify and fix vulnerabilities reported by tools like SonarQube, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of security and quality.
