Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring proper communication between the BMS and other system components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive testing of BMS hardware and software to ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of test results to identify areas for improvement and recommend modifications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS solutions into larger systems and ensure seamless operation.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, battery management, and power electronics.
  • Experience with testing and validation methodologies, including design of experiments and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
