Seeking a Clinical Systems Tester

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Tester to support the development and validation of clinical systems within our decentralized environment.

This role requires flexibility across various digital systems and patient-facing technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS, eCOA, and IRT platforms, as well as strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Develop and execute test scripts in Veeva EDC, aligned with protocol requirements.
  • Validate workflows across eCOA and IRT platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in system validation for DCT tools, including handheld and remote-use devices, to support audit-readiness.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and verify system behavior.
  • Review data capture logic and support query testing to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Document test execution results and manage traceability to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in test processes across DCT systems to drive business value.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate clinical systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and cases to support the testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide training and support to users on new system features and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical systems testing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
