Job Title: Network ExecutiveLocation: Chennai (WFH)Reports to: AGM- OperationsJob Summary:

The Operations & Network Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to deliver reliable and timely services.

The role involves expanding the ambulance network, onboarding and training partners, monitoring trip performance, handling payments follow-ups, resolving operational issues, and supporting negotiations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with private ambulance operators to expand the ambulance network.
  • Training ambulance owners and staff to use our mobile app for trips.
  • Coordinating with the call center for regular ambulance trips.
  • Following up with ambulance operators and users for payment discrepancies.
  • Assisting the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators for various trips or events.
  • Monitoring critical trip progress, particularly outstation trips.
  • Resolving issues with users, call centers, and ambulance staff.
  • Timely escalation of issues beyond personal control to senior management.
  • Attending mandatory meetings and providing activity updates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a startup culture.
  • Availability on Whatsapp and calls during business hours.
  • Possession of a personal laptop.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Hindi, and Tamil.
