We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Strategist to lead our HR team in aligning talent with project excellence.

Requirements:
- 12-18 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in project-based industries (EPC, construction, consulting, IT).
- Proven track record of driving talent acquisition, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and adaptability skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
