Job Title: Senior Institutional Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients in the educational sector.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional clients, including schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new institutional clients and managing the growth of existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with educational institutions to understand their learning objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the institutional sector, including large-scale group bookings and educational field trips.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional bookings and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, and good network with large school's/college chains.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess client needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in sales, business development, or education are a plus.
