Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Relationship Manager will engage with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, faculties, and students, to manage and foster relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing events and training sessions, addressing stakeholder queries and concerns, maintaining and updating records, and supporting the implementation of EduSkills' programs and initiatives. The role requires proactive communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Tech, Marketing) to ensure project deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and documentation
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Handle vendor communication and partner coordination
  • Track project timelines and ensure milestone achievement
  • Provide regular operational updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and reporting structures

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus
  • Time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership
  • Collaborative attitude and team spirit
