We are committed to transforming teaching methodologies and the ICT-based education system in India. This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager at EduSkills Foundation, located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including students, faculties, educational institutions, and government representatives. Day-to-day tasks include supporting skilling initiatives, managing communications, conducting outreach activities, and providing assistance in organizing events and workshops. Proficiency in the Marathi language is required for this role.

Strong communication skills in both Marathi and English

Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in the education sector is a plus

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational activities

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Tech, Marketing) to ensure project deliverables

Track project timelines and ensure milestone achievement

Provide regular operational updates to senior management

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus

Time management and multi-tasking ability
