Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Identification: Work closely with managers to understand client requirements and identify key skills and qualifications necessary for success.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to find and engage suitable candidates who meet our clients' needs.
  • Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes and cover letters to determine the most qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange telephonic and in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate salary structures and finalize job offers, maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the process.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of current recruiting methods and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
