Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different industries.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule them accordingly.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
