Job Title: Skills Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Skills Administrator to support our skills strategy within the organization. This role will play a critical part in creating and maintaining capability models, ensuring the skills library is up-to-date and governed, and validating new skill requests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering HR, talent, or learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms. They will be responsible for administering the skills library by adding, updating, and archiving skills as needed, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and validating new skill requests from business units, assessing alignment with existing frameworks, and consulting with subject matter experts as necessary before approval. They will regularly audit the skills database for accuracy and completeness, prepare reports and dashboards on skills data, trends, and compliance for stakeholders, and serve as a point of contact for skills-related queries.

Qualifications include an MBA (HR)/Graduate with Min 5+ Years' experience in Skill Administrator, readiness for a 6 to 12 months contract role to work from Pune/Bengaluru (Night shift), ability to join within 15 days, and experience administering HR, talent, or learning management systems (preferably Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms).

Required skills include experience in a support or administrative role within HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management, and familiarity with Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms.

Preferred skills include experience with reporting and analytics tools, knowledge of industry best practices for skills management, and fluency in multiple languages.
