Job Title: Project Manager – PMO

As a seasoned project leader, you will be instrumental in supporting the technical project manager in overseeing various projects and activities.

This role encompasses PMO-related tasks, customer implementation support, especially for software solutions. You will work closely with our organisation to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the technical project manager on activity tracking, timelines, and coordination
  • Assisting in setting up and enhancing the project administration function
  • Maintaining project governance, processes, tools, and documentation
  • Training teams in adopting project tools and practices
  • Coordinating reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
  • Supporting milestone, task, change request, and implementation activity tracking
  • Handling administrative tasks such as procurement, resource coordination, budgets, and travel

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery
  • Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Experience supporting customer implementation projects
  • Resourcefulness and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management skills
