Role Overview

This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, adhering to compliance, and contributing to the wind energy industry's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project profitability, managing project costs, and implementing robust project management practices.
  • Meet quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, foster positive stakeholder relationships, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive strategic leadership and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance the mission of sustainable and successful project execution.
  • Deliver projects as per contractual timeline, cost, and margin.
  • Manage stakeholders, including customers, vendors, statutory bodies, locals, CFT teams, and culture building.
  • Implement HSE, Quality, and ESG standards and policies of Suzlon and ensure contractual obligations.
Accountabilities
  • Responsible for P&L of the project, margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Project execution: completion within budgeted cost and time.
  • Contract management: zero LD and timely contractual communications.
  • Design review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims.
  • Manage all ESG risks affecting project delivery.
  • Customer satisfaction: maintain relations with customers at all levels.
  • Inculcate safety & quality culture – zero fatal accidents, first-time right, and minimal COPQ.
