As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an accomplished Project Director to spearhead the delivery of our Mobile Banking project.

  • Mastery of project management principles and methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in the Banking, Fintech, and IT sectors, with at least 4 years' exposure to mobile banking and internet banking projects/programs, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Banking sector.
  • In-depth expertise in Scrum and proficiency in one or more Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially mobile and internet banking) and services.
  • Ability to comprehend complex application architectures.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Project Manager, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and experience working on cloud and microservices-based projects.
  • Possession of PMP/Scrum/Prince2 certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee timely and quality delivery.
  • E nsure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Foster stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
