We are seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead fixed bid projects in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, technical skills, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects using SDLC, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Work across front-end and back-end technologies with sound database design knowledge.
  • Utilize project planning and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance to teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a PM with expertise in project management tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes, and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

As a successful IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities will include:
