SaaS Project Manager and Team Leader

At Vjal Institute, we are seeking a seasoned SaaS Project Manager and Team Lead to spearhead the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions. This exciting role requires expertise in leading high-performing teams, ensuring seamless project delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.
About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, aligned with industry standards, along with opportunities for continuous professional growth and development in a collaborative, progressive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of consultants and specialists in delivering SaaS/IT solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
Project Management
- Develop project plans, and manage timelines and resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Provide strategic advice on adopting AI-driven, SaaS technologies to meet business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align implementation efforts with client needs.
- Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Process Development and Improvement
- Establish and refine methodologies and tools for consulting and implementation.
- Monitor project performance and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years in consulting, implementation, or project management, preferably with a focus on SaaS solutions with minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as team leader.
- Expertise in developing and implementing standardized processes for efficient project delivery.
- Strong consulting skills, with an ability to deliver tailored SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving goals.
