Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead a team of customer service representatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of a team of customer service executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with client-specific and internal requirements.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and customer relationship management tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
