We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation and Management professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned supplier contract management expert to contribute to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts globally and locally, including pricing and SLAs.
  • Develop global Contract Templates to ensure terms reflect evolving regulatory requirements and product needs.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier compliance against SAP and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in supplier contract management or procurement, preferably in the IT services industry or supplier compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in legal, business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
  • An analytical mindset to assess supplier performance, trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT Services Business Requirements and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
