Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Supplier Manager to join our team.

The role will involve overseeing and managing the relationships and performance of suppliers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance frameworks that drive continuous improvement and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier performance and conduct regular risk assessments
  • Implement governance frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in supplier management software and tools

Candidates should have a good understanding of industry regulations and standards, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
