Industrial Sales Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical experts, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Prepare and present technical presentations to clients, demonstrating how our products meet their needs
- Negotiate and close sales, agreeing terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain client accounts, recording contact data and liaising with other sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in process industries such as Steel, granite, and cement, CNC Machines, and SPM
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales growth and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results-oriented mindset
- Technical knowledge of industrial products, including bearings and custom-made solutions
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: NT$ 120,000 - 180,000 per month
