We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a large, multi-brand retail organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain financial and performance reporting solutions using Oracle EPM tools.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing leadership with clear, actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Drive the optimization of dashboards, calculations, hierarchies, and reports in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment and OTBI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
- Partner with business leaders to oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with organizational goals and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and data security best practices.
Requirements:
