Business Intelligence Analyst Role">We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization. This key member of our analytics team will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, uncovering trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.">Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using statistical techniques, data mining, and predictive analytics to identify opportunities and understand historic data trends.
  • Advanced Tools & Automation: Perform data manipulation using SQL, Python, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (including automation), and build interactive dashboards and graphs for efficient reporting.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Data Management: Manage and leverage CRM systems to analyze customer behavior, improve lead management, and support data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and influence decision-making.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Create clear reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries) for analysis and automation.
  • Expertise in generating data insights and analyzing historic data trends.
  • At least 3 years as a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong business acumen and exposure to Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics is an asset.
  • Proficiency in data mining, predictive analytics, and visual storytelling.
