Job Overview:

We're seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on supply chain optimization and process refinement.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, data experts, UX designers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to supply chain data integration and workflow automation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on objectives and refine business needs.
  • Develop clear and concise functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, particularly in human-in-the-loop scenarios.
  • Maintain meticulous, well-structured documentation using Confluence and ensure all project materials are up-to-date.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical deliverables.
  • Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and validation of solutions against business expectations.

Proficiency is required in Microsoft Planner for task management and project tracking, Confluence for collaborative documentation, Git for version control and collaborative updates to project materials, and Jira experience for workflow and issue tracking.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
