Job Overview:

  • The Data Analyst will lead the Business Intelligence and Unified (BIU) team in driving strategic objectives through data-driven decision-making.
  • This involves focusing on portfolio and business analytics, leveraging expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and problem-solving.
  • The role requires a strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel is essential.
  • A deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques, including machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, and clustering, is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively communicating project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization must be built and maintained.

  • Ensure the accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring data analysts.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis, including data preparation, exploration, and visualization.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the data science roadmap.

Business Impact:

  • Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Education:
