Business Intelligence Analyst Role

As a key member of our Business Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Sales Leadership team by developing and maintaining advanced data models, dashboards, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Design and develop complex data models, create actionable dashboards, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.\
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement effective data-driven strategies.\
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred.\
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting, preferably in a FMCG company.\
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and experience working with large datasets.
