Job Description:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and deliver business growth through data-driven decision making, process optimization, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze complex business problems and design process improvements, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role in the airline industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, including scheduling, revenue management, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or CBAP.
  • Experience with airline industry-specific software, such as Sabre or Amadeus.
  • Knowledge of airline industry regulations and standards, such as IATA or FAA.
